Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return period, meaning you may request a return within 15 days after receiving your item.

This policy applies to customers in the United States, the European Union, and other regions, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer’s country or state.

Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return, the item should be returned in substantially the same condition in which it was received, together with its accessories and any included components.

Where reasonably possible, the item should also be returned with its original packaging, tags, manuals, and documentation.

Customers may inspect and handle an item only as reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and operation. We may reduce the refund where permitted by law if the item has lost value because of unnecessary or excessive handling.

You will also need your receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will provide instructions explaining how and where to send the package.

Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions. Items returned to an unauthorised address may not be accepted or processed.

Return shipping costs

For returns caused by a change of mind, incorrect selection, or another reason not attributable to a product defect or fulfilment error, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.

Original expedited or premium shipping charges are not refundable unless required by applicable law.

If the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, incorrect, or materially different from its description, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law. This may include replacement, refund, price reduction, or reimbursement of reasonable return shipping costs.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery and contact us as soon as reasonably possible if:

  • the item is damaged;
  • the item is defective;
  • you received the wrong item;
  • part of the order is missing;
  • the product is materially different from its description.

We may request reasonable photographs, videos, or other information needed to verify the issue.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory legal warranties, guarantees, or remedies available under applicable consumer law.

Exceptions and non-returnable items

The following items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns where permitted by law:

  • perishable goods, including food, flowers, and plants;
  • goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised;
  • sealed goods unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons after the seal has been broken;
  • opened cosmetics or personal-care products where health or hygiene restrictions apply;
  • gift cards;
  • downloadable or digital products after access or delivery has begun, where legally permitted;
  • other products excluded from return by applicable law.

Please contact us before purchasing if you are unsure whether an item is returnable.

Sale and discounted items may be subject to the same 15-day return procedure unless the product page clearly states otherwise. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Exchanges

We do not currently provide direct exchanges.

To obtain a different product, colour, or size, request a return for the original item and place a separate order for the replacement.

United States customers

For ordinary change-of-mind returns in the United States, this 15-day policy governs unless applicable federal or state law provides additional rights.

Customers are responsible for return shipping for approved change-of-mind returns.

Products that are defective, damaged, incorrect, not delivered, or materially misrepresented will be handled in accordance with applicable federal and state consumer-protection laws.

European Union customers

Consumers in the European Union generally have a legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, you must send us a clear statement of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires.

After notifying us, you must return the goods within 14 days.

For an ordinary withdrawal or change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods because this cost has been disclosed in advance.

The right of withdrawal does not apply where a lawful exception applies, including certain personalised, perishable, opened hygiene-sealed, or digital products.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting the return.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed.

For ordinary returns under our voluntary 15-day policy, we aim to process approved refunds within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

For EU statutory withdrawals, refunds will be processed without undue delay and within the legally required period. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or evidence that they were sent back.

For eligible EU withdrawals, the refund includes the price paid and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered at checkout. Any extra amount paid for premium or expedited delivery is not refundable unless required by law.

Banks, card issuers, and payment providers may require additional time to display the refund.
